From January 2004 through May 2005 Ira served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CampusFoods.com. From September 1985 to July 2000, Ira was Corporate Director of Finance at GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), which provides performance and operations consulting and training to Fortune 500 companies. From March 1999 to April 2000, he served as Chief Financial Officer of General Physics Corporation, a subsidiary of GP Strategies, where he was responsible for all accounting, finance, information technology, and human resources functions. From 1993 to 1998, Ira was also Chief Financial Officer of a distribution company, The Five Star Group - where he was responsible for the company's re-engineering and continued financial and operational management. From 1979 to 1985, Ira was a CPA with BDO Seidman. Ira received an MS in Accounting from Binghamton University and a BS from Oneonta State College.
