Do I have to purchase my own domain name outside of AgencyLogic?
The domain name registration is included in the price of your Licensed PowerSite and is optional for Subscription pricing.

How long is a PowerSite active?
A Licensed PowerSite is live for 12 months from the date of activation. You can purchase additional years at publication time or anytime during current license period. After that they may be renewed.

Can I re-use my PowerSite for a different listing?
No. The license fee includes the domain name, one year of Web hosting, and one year's use of the PowerSite Software for one property. Please see our License Product Acceptable Use Policy.

How do people find my PowerSite?
PowerSites are submitted to several search engines and other marketing outlets via our Lighthouse Marketing System. You may include your PowerSite URL (Website address) in all your printed brochures, ads, flyers, and so on. You can add a sign rider with the PowerSite URL to your signage. Link to your PowerSite from your personal and company Website.

Which search engines do you syndicate you?
Currently for Licensed PowerSites, we syndicate to the following search engines:

In addition, you can link your listings to Realtor.com directly from your AgencyLogic account. We also provide an html version of your site that you can post to Craigslist and other marketing outlets.

Is there an additional fee to submit my listings to the search engines?
No, daily submission to all the search engines is included in the price of your PowerSite.

Does AgencyLogic provide sign riders?
Yes for Licensed PowerSites. You may order a sign rider when you Publish your PowerSite. Our sign riders are 6" x 24" and made of white polyethylene plastic with black lettering on each side. The font size will depend on the length of your Website address. The cost of a sign rider is just $22.00 and includes free shipping via UPS ground. Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 1pm Eastern and require a 24-36 hour turnaround for production.

We also provide FREE unlimited SMS texting service with each and every sign rider! Incoming leads are circulated in real time to the listing agent's mobile phone as well as via the "Activity Center". Not only is this a huge competitive edge but it also serves as a significant benefit to potential buyers who receive property and agent information directly on their mobile phone.

Yes, your PowerSite Showcase tool allows you to easily place a real time display of all of your PowerSite listings with thumbnail images on your own Website. You have the choice of several options including background colors and formatting options that will help you create attractive showcases that seamlessly integrate with your Website design.

Can I switch between Licensed and Subscription PowerSites?
Each platform is completely separate so you cannot move unused license, personal information or published PowerSites between them. You may register an account with either or both products however.

Can I change the automatically assigned Subscription PowerSites domain name?
No. The code needs to be unique so is automatically assigned when the PowerSite is created. If you would like a specific address you may assign a custom domain name for a small additional charge.

What happens to my published PowerSites if I cancel my Subscription?
Your subscription payment needs to be current to keep any and all published PowerSites online.
